Please include the following information for a custom arrangement:
- Your name, phone numbers, and email address(es).
- Indicate the key in which you would like the arrangement written.
- List the kinds of instruments and the number of each instrument you want the chart arranged for.
- Include the abilities of your players so I can tweak the arrangement to fit with their experience levels.
- The date on which you need to have the arrangement in hand.
Arrangements are sent via pdf and often require 5+ megabytes for email.
When I receive the above instrumentation, I will send you back a quote price to do the arrangement. Custom work begins at just a few dollars. Normally a custom song (that I have in my library) arranged for 3-5 instruments would cost between $25.00-$60.00 depending....
You are responsible for following all copyright protocol. The arrangement is considered a “custom work for hire.” As a CCLI license holder you are entitled to use custom arrangements. If you are tabulating songs for CCLI you would indicate that a song was “custom arranged” for your church or organization.
If you wish me to arrange a song from scratch that I do not have in my library, in addition to the above information, I will need:
- An mp3 recording (preferred at a minimum of 128 kbps).
- (Option) Lead sheet or print music (fax me at 616-777-0094) or send a pdf file of the chart.
- An exact description of the musical “road map” with key changes.
